When you use FuyunCharm, we collect: (a) Birth data (date, time, location) provided for BaZi readings; (b) Contact information (name, email, shipping address) provided during checkout; (c) Payment information processed securely by PayPal (we never store full credit card details); (d) Technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: (a) Generate personalized BaZi fortune readings via AI; (b) Process and fulfill crystal orders; (c) Improve our services through analytics; (d) Communicate order updates and service announcements; (e) Prevent fraud and abuse of our API endpoints.
3. Data Storage & Security
Birth data and reading history are stored in our encrypted MySQL database (Singapore). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is strictly limited to essential operations personnel.
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only: (a) With PayPal for payment processing; (b) With shipping carriers for order delivery; (c) If required by law or legal process.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for site functionality (cart, language preferences) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can manage cookie preferences via our cookie consent banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

BaZi reading data is retained indefinitely (users may return to review past readings). Order data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time.
