30-Day Return Window
You may return unused crystals in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@fuyuncharm.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your crystal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized engravings, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Clearance items are also non-returnable unless damaged.
